Yerevan City Hall announces the acceptance of applications for the inclusion of representatives of civil society organizations in the community commission recognizing external social advertising as social advertising. Applications can be submitted until September 25, 2026, inclusive. Candidates must have sectoral experience and comply with the requirements of the Law "On Advertising".

From September 11, traffic management will be changed on Arno Babajanyan Street, specifically in the adjacent sections of addresses 60/2 and 60/3, in order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital.

Public hearing is announced regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multi-apartment residential building at 3/1 Tsitsernakaberd highway, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan, by "AK CONSTRUCTION" LLC. The hearing will take place on September 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM, at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district.

The agenda of the session of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan to be held on September 8, at 10:00, includes issues of naming and renaming streets in different parts of the city, installing monuments, alienation and donation of property, as well as giving preliminary consent to the implementation of construction projects. Also on the agenda are the approval of the medium-term expenditure program, making changes to decisions, liquidation of companies and definition of administrative boundaries.

On September 12-13, the international cycling tournament “Tour of Armenia” will be held in Yerevan. For its organization, temporary traffic restrictions will be established. In particular, from 00:00 on September 12 to 23:00 on September 13, parking and stopping of vehicles will be prohibited on Vazgen Sargsyan Street. From 20:00 on September 12 to 23:00 on September 13, the prohibitions will also apply to Republic Square, Tigran Mets Avenue, Khanjyan, Agatangeghos, Grigor Lusavorich, Argishti, Paronyan, Leo, Saryan, Pap Tagavor streets, Hrazdan Gorge, Uruguay Square, from the intersection of Mashtots-Sayat-Nova avenues towards Victory Bridge, as well as from Grigor Lusavorich Street towards Victory Bridge, in the area adjacent to St. Sargis Church. Citizens are advised to plan their routes in advance and choose alternative roads.

On September 5 and 6, from 09:00 to 17:00, due to renovation works, Voskerichneri Street will be closed.

Within the framework of the Yerevan Urban Development Investment Program, the construction of a highway connecting Admiral Isakov Avenue to Arshakunyats Avenue is planned. The program covers the Kentron, Shengavit, and Malatia-Sebastia administrative districts. Public hearings regarding the implementation of the program will be held on September 3 and 4, 2026, in the mentioned administrative districts.

By this decision, the functional designation of the premises at the address Z. Qanaqertsu St. building 106/1b, apartment 54/3, belonging to Ira Hambardzumyan, is established as residential and included in the housing stock as an apartment. The decision instructs the head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district to register the premises as an apartment.

This decision concerns the legalization of an unauthorized structure built on the land plot at 12/3 A. Satuntsi Street, Yerevan. According to the decision, the unauthorized structure is recognized as the property of the city of Yerevan and is legalized. The functional purpose of the land plot is defined as residential development. The person who carried out the construction, Khachatur Henriki Gevorgyan, is offered to acquire the legalized structure and the land plot with the right of preferential purchase.
