Announcement on participation in the urban development program

Yerevan City Hall invites investors operating in the field of urban development to participate in the urban development program planned in the area enclosed by Mashtots Avenue, Koryun and Isahakyan streets. The purpose of the program is to solve the housing problem of residents affected by the 2010 fire (42 apartments, 3800 sq.m.), as well as to implement the development and improvement of the area, including landscaping, playgrounds and underground parking lots. Investors can submit their proposals to the chief architect of Yerevan.
