Yerevan City Development Program for 2012
The "Yerevan City Development Program for 2012" presents the socio-economic situation of the city, the main directions of development, an analysis of the state of spatial planning and infrastructure development and short-term forecasts, development programs for administrative districts, as well as available resources. The program includes the state of urban planning, transport, communal services, environmental protection, trade and services, education, healthcare, social security, culture, tourism, problems and measures planned for 2012. Section 3 presents the problems of Yerevan administrative districts and the measures planned for 2012.

In accordance with points 31, 32 of Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Local Self-Government, the "Advertising Zone of Urban Significance of Yerevan City" and the "Urban Planning Zone of Urban Significance of Yerevan City" were developed in the form of maps and submitted for discussion to the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, which were defined by the decision of the Council of Elders No. 13-Ա of July 6, 2009, and their boundaries were revised in 2010.

For the purpose of providing and alienating land plots owned by the community of Yerevan through public tenders (competitions and auctions), 229 packages (223 auctions, 6 competitions) were prepared in 2011. The land plots are mainly intended for the construction of individual residential houses, as well as for the construction of multi-apartment buildings, public and other types of construction.
