On October 15, 2026, at 11:00, in accordance with the procedure established by the Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 HO-110-N, ed. 03.05.23 HO-150-N) and the Decree of the Government of the RA dated 19.11.2014 N1325-N (ed. 28.12.23 N2343-N), the first public hearing regarding the planned activity for the construction of a multi-functional public building at the address Zoravar Andranik Street h. 56/1, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan, submitted by "G T S CITY HALL" LLC (address: RA, Yerevan, Bashinjaghyan St. 185/29), will take place at the seat of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan (address: Yerevan, Sebastia St. 32) (Article 12, Part 4, Point 8 of the Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise"). Proposals, observations, and opinions by the interested public can be submitted orally during the public hearing or in writing to the Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification. The person authorized by the head of the community for the public hearing is the chief specialist-ecologist of the Environmental Protection Department of the staff of the Yerevan City Hall: Ellada Aramyan (e-mail: ellada.aramyan@yerevan.am, tel. 011-514-488).
