The procedure approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia Decision N 626-Ն of May 8, 2003 "On approving the procedure for documenting the commissioning of completed construction"

According to the Government of the Republic of Armenia Decision N 626-Ն of May 8, 2003, the commission accepting the completed construction object for operation is formed by the developer. The commission includes representatives of various parties, including the developer, the contractor, those carrying out technical and author supervision, operating organizations, state inspectorates, and representatives of Yerevan City Hall. The procedure for the formation of the commission and the organization of its work is regulated by paragraphs 12-17 of the procedure established by the mentioned decision.
