On April 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing regarding the planned activity for the construction of a multifunctional residential building at 24 M. Melkonyan Street, submitted by "Arcada Business Center" LLC, will be held at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan. The interested public can submit proposals, comments, and opinions orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.
