On August 22, 2025, at 11:00, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity of constructing a multi-apartment residential building and parking lot at Malkhasyants street 6/3 and 8, Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "Malkhasyants 12" LLC. Proposals, comments and opinions can be submitted orally during the public discussion or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after this notice.
