Invitation to public discussion

On December 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing regarding the planned construction activities of a multi-apartment residential complex at Leningradyan Street, building 23/8, presented by "NASH GROUP" LLC, will be held at the office of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. Interested public may submit proposals, observations, and opinions orally during the hearings or in writing within 20 working days after the notification. The authorized person for public hearings is Ellada Aramyan, who is the chief specialist-ecologist of the environmental protection department of the staff of Yerevan City Hall.
