Public discussion invitation regarding the project submitted by "Malkhasyants 12" LLC

Pursuant to the Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and Annex to Decision N 1325-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of November 19, 2014 (ed. 28.12.23 N 2343-N), on December 5, 2025, at 11:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan city (address: Yerevan, N. Zaryan St. 27) regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the construction of a multi-apartment residential building and parking complex planned at Malkhasyants Street 6/3 and 8, Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan city, submitted for expertise by "Malkhasyants 12" LLC (address: Yerevan, Malkhasyants St. 6/1).
