Invitation to public discussion: Malatia-Sebastia administrative district

On March 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity for the construction of a multifunctional residential complex at the address Kirk Kirkorian Street, h. 23/20, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan city, submitted by "SOLA SHIN" LLC. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public hearing or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.
