AGREEMENT ON SOCIAL COOPERATION ON THE USE OF ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY

This agreement is intended to promote the cooperation, further development, and formation of partnership relations among all interested parties in the process of providing social services, primarily targeting the reduction of economic and social vulnerability of poor, socially disadvantaged, and isolated groups. The parties to the agreement are the entities that have joined the agreement: territorial bodies providing social services, territorial administration and local self-government bodies, other organizations providing social services, as well as individuals. To coordinate the work of implementing social cooperation, the parties form a coordinating council. The parties have the right to receive information about ongoing programs, expect support in emergency situations, submit proposals, participate in program development, join the agreement, register for the council, organize events, and terminate participation. The parties undertake to observe the principles of cooperation, inform the parties, respond quickly, participate in needs assessment, cooperate, carry out preventive work, raise awareness, collect public opinion, mobilize potential, show a constructive position, ensure feedback, submit justifications, participate in the work of forming the council, and observe the provisions of the agreement. The parties are responsible for non-fulfillment of obligations. Disputes are resolved through consultations and negotiations. The agreement is signed by the head of the Nork-Marash territorial division of social support of the Yerevan City Hall staff.
