Announcement: on traffic restriction

On November 9, 2014, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the Arshakunyats Avenue-Noragavit 1st Street junction will be closed to traffic for construction work. The alternative route is Ashkhatank Square-Bagratunyats Avenue-Artashat Highway. Yerevan City Hall apologizes for the inconvenience caused to citizens.
