DECLARATION N 12 ON THE TERMINATION OF THE POWERS OF VAHAGN GRIGORYAN, MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL OF ELDERS OF THE CITY OF YEREVAN OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA, AS A MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL OF ELDERS

Based on Article 95 of the Constitution, Article 20, Part 1, Point 5 and Part 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and Protocol N 1 of January 4, 2019, of the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Armenia "On Registering Members of the National Assembly and Granting Mandates", to terminate the powers of Vahagn Grigoryan, member of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, elected by the electoral list of the My Step alliance of parties of the City of Yerevan, as a member of the Council of Elders.
