AGREEMENT

This agreement is concluded in accordance with the provisions of Article 35 of the RA Law "On Social Support" for the purpose of cooperation, further development and formation of partnership relations between interested parties in the process of providing social services, as well as reducing the economic and social vulnerability of socially disadvantaged groups. The agreement provides for the formation of a coordinating council to coordinate social cooperation efforts. The parties undertake to observe the principles of cooperation, inform each other about ongoing programs, respond quickly in emergency situations, carry out preventive work and raise public awareness. The agreement defines the rights, obligations, responsibilities of the parties and the procedure for resolving disputes.
