Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) Loan No. 4371-ARM: Yerevan Urban Development Investment Project Construction Supervision of Isakov-Arshakunyats Road Link and Komitas Park.
The Yerevan Municipality, in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank, is seeking expressions of interest for the construction supervision of the Isakov-Arshakunyats Road Link and the rehabilitation of Komitas Park. This project aims to improve connectivity between administrative districts and reduce traffic congestion. The selection process will be based on Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS), with a weighting of 80% for quality and 20% for cost. Expressions of interest must be submitted electronically by July 11, 2024.
