Announcement on providing free halls to candidates of territorial electoral lists of parties, alliances of parties participating in the elections of the RA National Assembly on April 2, 2017

Free halls will be provided to parties, alliances of parties participating in the elections of the RA National Assembly on April 2, 2017, for candidates included in the territorial electoral lists. At least 3 days before the day of organizing the event, the authorized representative of the party applies to the hall manager in writing, indicating the day, time of the event, the name, surname, phone number of the responsible person, as well as the applicant's data. A copy of the document certifying the applicant's status is attached to the application. The hall manager, after receiving the application, within 2 days, informs in writing about the provision of the hall. If it is not possible to provide the hall, another time period is offered. In case of more than one application, the hall is provided to the party whose application was registered first. The same hall is provided once and for a duration of up to 3 hours.
