A half-marathon running competition will be held in the capital on October 15

On October 15, Yerevan City Hall, in cooperation with the "Return to Armenia" foundation, will hold the "Yerevan Half Marathon". The goals of the competition are to promote a healthy lifestyle, develop sports tourism and strengthen the connection of Diaspora Armenian athletes with their homeland. The competition will start at 09:00 from Shahumyan Square and will end at 13:30, covering a distance of 21.1 km. Participants will compete in different age groups in 21.1 km, 10 km, 5 km and 1 km distances. Winners will receive cash prizes, and all participants will receive T-shirts and medals. The event also has a charitable component, supporting four charitable programs. To participate, it is necessary to register in advance on the website www.yerevan21.am.
