Announcement that Yerevan City Hall has appealed to mobile operators to discuss possible changes in the format of collecting parking fees via SMS messages, which will eliminate the need to pay additional VAT. Discussions are underway with process participants, professional groups and structures to find possible solutions in cooperation with the parties involved in the issue. As a result of preliminary discussions, an agreement has been reached on solving the problem under conditions acceptable to everyone.
