The event "Balloon Flights with Night Illumination" scheduled for October 15th is postponed to October 14th, from 19:30 to 22:00, due to unfavorable weather conditions. During the event, the official opening of the festival, balloon flights, and a concert program will take place. Limited-altitude flights with night illumination will be organized in Republic Square, in which citizens will also participate.
