Regarding documents entered in 2022 in the "One Window" offices for service delivery

In 2022, 233066 documents were entered into the electronic document management system in the "One Window" offices of Yerevan City Hall and administrative districts. 107344 documents were entered in the offices of the administrative buildings of the City Hall located at 1 Argishti Street and 1/3 P. Buzandi Street. 4698 decisions and 1560 orders were adopted by the Mayor. 177231 phone calls were received at the "Hotline" phone number 1-05, of which 169583 were related to consultation or information provision. 125722 documents were entered in the offices of the administrations of the heads of the 12 administrative districts of Yerevan.
