In 2025, 218795 documents were entered into the electronic document management system in the "One Window" offices of Yerevan City Hall and administrative districts. 132505 documents were entered in the City Hall office at Argishti 1. 217877 phone calls were received at the 1-05 phone number of the call service and support division of the Yerevan City Hall staff secretariat. 28427 applications were entered by citizens into the "Active Citizen" platform. In accordance with RA Government Decision N 1204-N, annual statistical data on the main documents provided to citizens, organizations and other legal entities based on the documents entered into the system are presented. 86290 documents were entered in the offices of the staff of the heads of the 12 administrative districts of Yerevan.
