Regarding documents entered in "One Window" offices in 2023 for the purpose of providing services

In 2023, 259793 documents were entered into the electronic document management system in the "One Window" offices of Yerevan City Hall and administrative districts. 120698 documents were entered in the offices of the administrative buildings located at Argishti 1 and P. Buzand 1/3 of the City Hall, of which 53438 were from citizens and 67260 from state bodies and organizations. In addition, 88976 internal documents were circulated in Yerevan City Hall, 4403 decisions and 1823 orders were adopted. 229184 phone calls were received on the "Hotline" phone number 1-05, of which 219759 related to consultation or information. 139095 documents were entered in the offices of the staffs of the heads of the 12 administrative districts of Yerevan, of which 99077 were letters and 40018 were applications.
