This decision restores Liparit Papi Dovlatyan's right to land use for the land plot with an area of 267.75 sq.m. located at N. Shengavit 8th Street, No. 97/4, and recognizes his ownership right to the land plot and the buildings and structures located thereon. REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA MAYOR OF YEREVAN DECISION N 5819 - Ա, June 03, 2009 ON RESTORING THE PROPERTY RIGHTS OF LIPARIT PAPI DOVLATYAN TO THE RESIDENTIAL HOUSE AT N. SHENGAVIT 8TH STREET, H. 97/4

The application of Liparit Papi Dovlatyan (born 06.02.1934) served as the basis for the discussion of the issue. According to the citizen's statement, there is no registered right to the property unit at N. Shengavit 8th Street, h.97/4. Taking into account that the residential house was built before 1969, the letter N 20/2-E-412 of 27.05.2009 of "Land and Property Operations" CJSC of Yerevan City Hall, the conclusion N 20-El-6184 of 22.05.2009 of the Architecture and Urban Development Department of the Staff of Yerevan City Hall, according to which the land plot occupied by the residential house at N. Shengavit 8th Street, h.97/4 and necessary for its maintenance complies with the requirements defined by sub-points 1, 2, 3 of point 2 of Article 64 of the Land Code of the Republic of Armenia and is not included in the list of restrictions provided for by Article 60 of the same code. Guided by the RA law "On the status of individual residential houses in Yerevan city for which title documents have not been preserved", by the decision N 2387-N of December 29, 2005 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia "On approving the procedure for naming, renaming intra-settlement geographical objects in urban and rural settlements of the Republic of Armenia, numbering, addressing and state registration of addresses of real estate according to its location and/or placement, and defining the authorized body for address registration".

  1. Restore Liparit Papi Dovlatyan's right to land use for the property units located at N. Shengavit 8th Street, h.97/4, in the amount of the land plot of 267.75 sq.m. occupied by the residential house and necessary for its maintenance, recognizing his right of ownership to the land plot of 267.75 sq.m. and the buildings and structures located on it.
  2. The areas of the buildings and structures are subject to clarification by the Erebuni territorial subdivision of the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
  3. The boundaries of the land plot are determined by the master plan issued by the Architecture and Urban Development Department of the Staff of Yerevan City Hall.
  4. Grant an address to the residential house at N. Shengavit 8th Street, h.97: "N. Shengavit 8th Street, h.97/4 house".
  5. Suggest to the Erebuni territorial subdivision of the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the Government of the Republic of Armenia to register the right of ownership of citizen Liparit Papi Dovlatyan to the fixed land plot and building-structure, provide a certificate of registration of the right of ownership of real estate, solving the problems of real estate accounted for as a result of inventory.
  6. Instruct the head of the secretariat of the Staff of Yerevan City Hall to send copies of this decision to the Shengavit district administration within 5 days.
  7. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the head of the Architecture and Urban Development Department of the Staff of Yerevan City Hall.
  8. Control over the implementation of the decision shall be assigned to A. Sargsyan, head of the Legal Department of the Staff of Yerevan City Hall.
