ON GRANTING ADDRESSES TO REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES
Guided by point 4 of part 1 of article 52 of the law "On local self-government in the city of Yerevan", and the requirements of points 29 and 53 of the procedure approved by the RA Government's decision No. 2387-N of December 29, 2005:
- Grant addresses to real estate properties located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Yerevan, according to the appendix.
- Instruct the head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff to deliver copies of this decision within 3 working days to the head of the Ajapnyak administrative district, the heads of the departments of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Police Department of Yerevan city, and the applicant.
- The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
- Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
