ON PROVIDING ADDRESSES TO REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES

Guided by Article 52, Part 1, Point 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", and the requirements of Points 29 and 53 of the procedure approved by the RA Government Decision No. 2387-N of December 29, 2005:

  1. To provide addresses to real estate properties located within the administrative boundaries of Yerevan city, in accordance with the appendix.
  2. To instruct the Head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff to deliver copies of this decision within 3 working days to the Head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, the heads of departments of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Police Department of Yerevan city, and the applicant.
  3. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the Head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
  4. Control over the implementation of this decision is ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan Mayor's Staff.
