On making an amendment to Yerevan Mayor's decision No. 244-A of January 24, 2024

This decision amends point 4 of Yerevan Mayor's decision No. 244-A of January 24, 2024, "On the legalization of an unauthorized structure." According to the amendment, the head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development is authorized to conclude a direct sale agreement with Gagik Gevorgyan for the structure and the land plot allocated for it, based on the paid amounts.

ON MAKING AN AMENDMENT TO THE DECISION H.244-A OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN DATED JANUARY 24, 2024

Guided by Articles 33 and 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", taking into account the application h.D-5542-26 of citizen Gagik Gevorgyan dated 21.01.2026:

  1. Make the following amendment to Decision H.244-A of the Mayor of Yerevan dated January 24, 2024 "On the Legalization of an Unauthorized Construction" (hereinafter referred to as the Decision):
  1. Rephrase point 4 of the Decision as follows:

"4. Authorize the Head of the Architecture and Urban Development Department of the Staff of the Yerevan Municipality, based on the fact that the amounts of 723762 (seven hundred twenty-three thousand seven hundred sixty-two) drams and 2660836 (two million six hundred sixty thousand eight hundred thirty-six) drams have been credited to the Yerevan city budget accounts h.900015211262 and treasury accounts h.900015211254 respectively on 21.01.2026, to conclude a direct sale agreement for the construction and the land plot allocated for it with Gagik Gevorgyan within a 30-day period."

  1. Assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the Head of the Architecture and Urban Development Department of the Staff of the Yerevan Municipality.

  2. Assign the control over the implementation of the Decision to the Secretary of the Staff of the Yerevan Municipality.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan, or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia, within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
