Guided by the requirements of Article 37 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts" and taking into account the application N D-42115-26 of April 27, 2026, of Hakob Hakobyan, director of "MIKSHIN" LLC, the developer:

  1. In the final act N AAT/3/21-26 of April 8, 2026, of the Mayor of Yerevan, in the "constructed" line, replace the words "Adonts street h.2/3 (Azatutyan avenue h.27/4 10th section)" with the words "Adonts street h.2/7 (Azatutyan avenue h.27/4 9th section)" and in the line of the acceptance committee act, replace the words "SST/39365-26" with the words "SST/40472".
