ON RECOGNIZING YEREVAN MAYOR'S DECISION N 3819-A OF AUGUST 3, 2026 AS INVALID AND AMENDING DECISION N 657-A OF FEBRUARY 9, 2026
Guided by Articles 33, 34 and 37 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts":
- To recognize as invalid Yerevan Mayor's Decision N 3819-A of August 3, 2026 "On amending Yerevan Mayor's Decision N 861-A of February 16, 2026".
- To set forth the appendix to Yerevan Mayor's Decision N 657-A of February 9, 2026 "On the distribution of liquid fuel" in a new wording, according to the appendix.
- Control over the implementation of the decision shall be exercised by the Mayor of Yerevan.
- This decision shall apply to relations arising after July 1, 2026.
