This decision amends Yerevan Mayor's Decision No. 822-A of February 13, 2026, by replacing the words "99 HH 110" with "90 HH 110" in column 3, row 17 of the annex. The organization and responsibility for execution are assigned to the heads of the Transport Department and the Secretariat of the Yerevan Municipality staff. Oversight is ensured by Deputy Mayor Suren Grigoryan.

ON MAKING AN AMENDMENT TO DECISION NO. 822-A OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN DATED FEBRUARY 13, 2026

Guided by Article 33, Part 1 of the RA Law "On Normative Legal Acts",

  1. In the 3rd column of row 17 of the appendix to Decision No. 822-A of the Mayor of Yerevan dated February 13, 2026, "On granting a privilege for parking fee payment", replace the words "99 HH 110" with the words "90 HH 110".
  2. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the heads of the Transport Department and the Secretariat of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
  3. This decision shall enter into force on the day following its receipt.
  4. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Suren Grigoryan.
