This decision amends two previous decisions of the Yerevan Mayor. It rephrases Appendix N 6 of decision N 3521-A and the appendix of decision N 1393-A. The amendments concern the powers to detect and record administrative offenses, as well as to examine cases of administrative offenses and make decisions.

ON MAKING AMENDMENTS TO DECISION N 3521-A OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN DATED OCTOBER 3, 2022, AND DECISION N 1393-A OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN DATED APRIL 10, 2024

Guided by Article 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts":

  1. Appendix N 6 of Decision N 3521-A of the Mayor of Yerevan dated October 3, 2022, "On Granting Powers and Recognizing Decision N 3473-A of the Mayor of Yerevan dated September 25, 2019, as Invalid" shall be set forth in a new edition in accordance with Appendix N 1.
  2. The appendix of Decision N 1393-A of the Mayor of Yerevan dated April 10, 2024, "On Recognizing Decision N 1986-A of the Mayor of Yerevan dated May 30, 2022, as Invalid and Granting the Powers of the Mayor of Yerevan to Examine Cases of Administrative Offenses and Make Decisions" shall be set forth in a new edition in accordance with Appendix N 2.
