On concluding an employment contract with Lusine Norayri Ghazaryan, the elected director of "Yerevan basic school No. 50" state non-commercial organization

ON CONCLUDING AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WITH LUSINE NORAYRI GHAZARYAN, THE ELECTED DIRECTOR OF "YEREVAN BASIC SCHOOL N. 50" STATE NON-COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION

Guided by Article 52, Part 1, Point 6 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Article 15, Part 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On State Non-Commercial Organizations", Points 37.1, 37.2, 39 of the Appendix approved by Decision N 181-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of February 9, 2023, and based on Protocol N 856 of July 30, 2026, of the meeting of the professional commission for the purpose of holding a competition for the vacant position of director of a state general education institution subordinate to the Yerevan Municipality:

  1. To appoint Lusine Norayri Ghazaryan as the director of "Yerevan Basic School N. 50" state non-commercial organization, with a probation period of 1 year, starting from August 17, 2026, by concluding an employment contract for a period of 5 years, from August 17, 2026, up to and including August 17, 2031.

  2. To appoint Naira Martirosyan, the director of "Yerevan Vardan Areveltsu Basic School N. 104" state non-commercial organization, as the supervisor of the probation period of Lusine Ghazaryan, the director of "Yerevan Basic School N. 50" state non-commercial organization.

  3. To dismiss Astghik Khachatryan, the acting director of the "Yerevan Basic School No. 50" state non-commercial organization, from the position of acting director of the same organization.
