ON APPOINTING TATEVIK RUBENI SARGSYAN AS ACTING DIRECTOR OF THE "HAKOB KOJOYAN" EDUCATIONAL COMPLEX" STATE NON-COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION OF YEREVAN

Guided by Article 52, Part 1, Point 6 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Article 15, Part 1, Article 16, Part 1.5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On State Non-Commercial Organizations", Point 4 of the appendix approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia's Decision N 181-N of February 9, 2023, "On Approving the Procedure for Announcing, Conducting a Competition for a Vacant Position of Director of a State General Education Institution, Forming, Operating a Professional Commission and Appointing a Director", and based on Points 60 and 61 of Appendix N 3 approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia's Decision N 1392-N of July 25, 2002, as well as Tatevik Sargsyan's application:

  1. To appoint Tatevik Rubeni Sargsyan as acting director of the "Hakob Kojoyan" Educational Complex" State Non-Commercial Organization of Yerevan for the vacant position of director, starting from August 24, 2026.
