ON REDISTRIBUTION IN THE YEREVAN CITY BUDGET FOR 2026 AND MAKING AMENDMENTS TO DECISION N 161-A OF JANUARY 14, 2026 OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN

Guided by Article 71, Part 5 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and Articles 33 and 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts":

  1. To make a redistribution in Annexes NN 2, 3, 6 and 7 of Decision N 483-N of December 23, 2025 of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan "On Approving the 2026 Budget of the City of Yerevan", in accordance with Annexes NN 1-4.
  2. To make amendments to Annexes NN 3, 4, 7, 8 and 10 of Decision N 161-A of January 14, 2026 of the Mayor of Yerevan "On Measures Ensuring the Implementation of the 2026 Budget of the City of Yerevan", in accordance with Annexes NN 1-5.
  3. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the Head of the Financial Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.
  4. To assign the supervision of the implementation of the decision to Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Levon Hovhannisyan.
