ON REDISTRIBUTION IN THE YEREVAN CITY BUDGET FOR 2026 AND MAKING AMENDMENTS TO YEREVAN MAYOR'S DECISION N 161-A OF JANUARY 14, 2026

Guided by Article 71, Part 5 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and Articles 33 and 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts":

  1. To make redistribution in Annexes NN 2, 3, 6 and 7 of Yerevan City Council's Decision N 483-N of December 23, 2025, "On Approving the Yerevan City Budget for 2026", in accordance with Annexes NN 1-4.
  2. To make amendments in Annexes NN 3, 4, 7, 8 and 10 of Yerevan Mayor's Decision N 161-A of January 14, 2026, "On Measures Ensuring the Implementation of the Yerevan City Budget for 2026", in accordance with Annexes NN 1-5.
  3. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the Head of the Financial Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.
  4. To assign the control over the implementation of the decision to Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Levon Hovhannisyan.
