ON CHANGING THE FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE OF THE BUILDING LOCATED AT KOMITAS AVENUE 49/12, BLDG. 6

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Karine Mihranyan regarding the change of the functional purpose of the building located at Komitas Avenue 49/12, bldg. 6, owned by her by right of ownership /state registration certificate of rights to immovable property №19052020-01-0140/.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", point 7 of Annex 1 to Decision №88 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of February 2, 2002, points 1 and 5 of Annex 1 to Decision №600-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of April 15, 2021, taking into account the conclusion N/70989-26 of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

  1. To define the functional purpose of the building with an area of 56.8 sq.m. located at Komitas Avenue 49/12, bldg. 6, owned by Karine Mihranyan by right of ownership, as residential and include it in the residential fund as an apartment, without architectural and planning assignments and design changes /provided that it does not contradict the requirements of "HHSN 31-01-2014"/.

  2. To instruct the head of the Arabkir administrative district to register the building mentioned in point 1 of this decision as an apartment and include it in the residential fund.

  3. To take into account that the change of the functional purpose of the building established by this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the RA Cadastre Committee.

  4. This decision enters into force on the day following its receipt.

  5. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within two months from the date of its entry into force.

  6. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the heads of the Architecture and Urban Development, and Real Estate Management Departments of the Yerevan City Hall staff, and the head of the Arabkir administrative district. 7. Control over the implementation of this decision is ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan City Hall staff.
