ON THE BUSINESS TRIP OF BABKEN SEDRAKYAN, ACTING GENERAL DIRECTOR OF "KAREN DEMIRCHYAN YEREVAN METROPOLITAN" CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY, TO BERLIN, THE CAPITAL OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY

Guided by Article 209 of the Labor Code, based on the letter dated 09.08.2026 from Babken Sedrakyan, Acting General Director of "Karen Demirchyan Yerevan Metropolitan" Closed Joint-Stock Company, and the invitation from Frank Hess, Head of the Cooperation Section of the European Union Delegation, for the purpose of participating in the "InnoTrans 2026" exhibition:

  1. To send Babken Sedrakyan, Acting General Director of "Karen Demirchyan Yerevan Metropolitan" Closed Joint-Stock Company, on a business trip to Berlin, the capital of the Federal Republic of Germany, from September 20 to 25, 2026, inclusive.
  2. To take note that all expenses related to the business trip are covered by the inviting party.
  3. During the absence of Babken Sedrakian, Acting General Director of "Karen Demirchyan Yerevan Metropolitan" Closed Joint-Stock Company, to assign the duties of the General Director of "Karen Demirchyan Yerevan Metropolitan" Closed Joint-Stock Company to Harutyun Danielyan, Director for Financial Affairs of the same closed joint-stock company.
