ON GRANTING PERMISSION TO ORGANIZE PUBLIC CATERING SERVICE

Taking into account the application of Nelly Gagiki Zazyan, authorized person by director Mgrdich Kevorki Berberyan of "MON CAFE" Limited Liability Company, guided by Article 60, Part 1, Point 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and Decision N 718-N of February 14, 2023, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan:

  1. To grant "MON CAFE" Limited Liability Company permission to organize public catering service for the 2026 summer season in the common use area of 32.83 sq.m. adjacent to building N 4/6, N 138, Pap Tagavor Street, Yerevan.

  2. To take into consideration that the local fee established for the permission to organize public catering service for the 2026 summer season has been paid.

  3. To the departments of trade, services and advertising, architecture and urban development of the Yerevan City Hall staff and the head of Kentron administrative district: to supervise the fulfillment of the requirements of Decision N 718-N of February 14, 2023, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan "On establishing the procedure, conditions and restrictions for the use of territory for organizing public catering service during the summer (from May 1 to October 31 inclusive) and winter (from November 1 to April 30 inclusive) seasons in the common use areas adjacent to the given object by persons providing public catering service in the administrative territory of Yerevan community" by "MON CAFE" Limited Liability Company in the area mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision to the Head of the Trade, Services, and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff. 5. Control over the execution of this decision shall be exercised by Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Suren Grigoryan. 6. This decision may be appealed through administrative procedure to the Mayor of Yerevan or through judicial procedure to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
