ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF PUBLIC CATERING SERVICE

Taking into account the application of Marina Samveli Vezyrian, authorized by the director of "VAN-2000" Limited Liability Company Artashes Nemishalyan, guided by Article 60, Part 1, Point 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and Decision N 718-N of February 14, 2023, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan.

  1. To grant "VAN-2000" Limited Liability Company permission to organize public catering services for the summer season of 2026 in the common use area of 39.2 sq.m. adjacent to h.9/5 Yervand Kochar Street, Yerevan.

  2. To acknowledge that the local fee established for the permission to organize public catering services for the summer season of 2026 has been paid.

  3. To the Departments of Trade, Services and Advertising, Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan City Hall Staff and the Head of Kentron administrative district: to exercise control over the fulfillment of the requirements of Decision N 718-N of February 14, 2023, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan "On establishing the procedure, conditions and restrictions for the use of territory for the organization of public catering services by persons providing public catering services in the administrative territory of Yerevan community in the common use areas adjacent to the given object during the summer (from May 1 to October 31 inclusive) and winter (from November 1 to April 30 inclusive) seasons" by "VAN-2000" Limited Liability Company in the area mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision to the Head of the Trade, Services, and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall staff.

  5. The control over the execution of this decision shall be carried out by the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Suren Grigoryan.

  6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
