ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR ORGANIZING PUBLIC CATERING SERVICE

Taking into account the application of Edik Artur Kirakosyan, authorized by Artur Alyosha Arushanyan, director of "FIRSTLINE" Limited Liability Company, guided by point 4 of part 1 of article 60 of the law "On local self-government in the city of Yerevan" and decision N 718-N of February 14, 2023, of the Yerevan City Council:

  1. To grant "FIRSTLINE" Limited Liability Company permission to organize public catering services for the 2026 summer season in the common use area of 15 square meters adjacent to building N 12/1, apt. N 20, Komitas Avenue, Yerevan.

  2. To take into consideration that the local fee established for the permission to organize public catering services for the 2026 summer season has been paid.

  3. To the departments of trade, services and advertising, architecture and urban development of the Yerevan City Hall staff and the head of the Arabkir administrative district: to supervise the fulfillment of the requirements of decision N 718-N of February 14, 2023, of the Yerevan City Council "On establishing the procedure, conditions and restrictions for the use of territory for organizing public catering services during the summer (May 1 to October 31 inclusive) and winter (November 1 to April 30 inclusive) seasons in the common use areas adjacent to the given object by persons providing public catering services in the administrative territory of Yerevan community" by "FIRSTLINE" Limited Liability Company in the area mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the head of the trade, services and advertising department of the Yerevan City Hall staff.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision is exercised by the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Suren Grigoryan.

  6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
