ON CLARIFYING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LAND PLOT LOCATED AT HAGHTANAKI H.19A, PLOT H.2A, AND ISSUING A PLAN

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Marat Madoyan's authorized person Mamikon Gevorgyan, regarding the clarification of the boundaries of the land plot (arable land) located at Haghtanaki h.19a, plot h.2a, and the issuance of a plan.

The basis for the discussion of the issue was the state act of land ownership right dated 18.07.1995, No. A005304.

From the study of the issue and the clarification of the topographic survey, it was found that the actual area of the land plot at the address under consideration is 2093.98 sq.m, instead of the 2100.0 sq.m recorded in the state act.

The land plot under consideration with an area of 2093.98 sq.m, according to the annexes approved by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia No. 1023-N of June 4, 2020, is located in the 12th zone of the agreed land valuation scheme of Yerevan city.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in Yerevan City", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Proceedings", Articles 52 and 59 of the Land Code, taking into account the conclusion of the Architecture and Urban Development Department of the Staff of the Yerevan Municipality No. D-52423-26 dated 03.06.2026:

  1. To establish that the boundaries of the land plot (arable land) located at Haghtanaki h.19a, plot h.2a, are determined by the plan approved in the prescribed manner for an area of 2093.98 sq.m.

  2. This decision is subject to state registration in the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. The decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within two months from the date of its entry into force.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the heads of the Architecture and Urban Development, and Real Estate Management Departments of the Yerevan Municipality Staff. 5.
