Decision on sending the delegation of the Yerevan Municipality to London, the capital of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

This decision orders the business trip of the Yerevan Municipality delegation to London, UK, from September 11-15, 2026, to attend the ESCRS 44th conference and the Leadership, Business & Innovation (LBI) program. The delegation includes Sargis Madatyan, Ruben Grigoryan, Armine Zohrabyan, and Lena Melkonyan. Expenses will be covered by respective budgets. ON SECONDING THE DELEGATION OF YEREVAN MUNICIPALITY TO LONDON, THE CAPITAL OF THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND

Guided by Article 209 of the Labor Code and based on the letter №N/53306-26 of August 12, 2026, from Deputy Mayor Sargis Madatyan, within the framework of performing official duties, for the purpose of participating in the 44th ESCRS Congress, as well as the Leadership, Business & Innovation (LBI) program:

  1. To second the delegation of Yerevan Municipality from September 11 to 15, 2026, inclusive, to London, the capital of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, with the following composition:

  1. To take into consideration that all expenses related to the secondment of Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Sargis Madatyan are covered by the funds of the 2026 budget of the city of Yerevan, all expenses related to the secondment of Ruben Grigoryan, Director of "Yerevan" Medical Center CJSC, are covered by the funds of the 2026 budget of "Yerevan" Medical Center CJSC, all expenses related to the secondment of Armine Zohrabyan, Director of "Polyclinic N 4" CJSC, are covered by the funds of the 2026 budget of "Polyclinic N 4" CJSC, all expenses related to the secondment of Lena Melkonyan, Director of "Arabkir" Health Center, are covered by the funds of the 2026 budget of "Arabkir" Health Center.

  2. To assign the performance of the duties of the Deputy Mayor to Deputy Mayor Levon Hovhannisyan during the absence of Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Sargis Madatyan.

  3. To assign the performance of the duties of the Director to Harutyun Ghrmajyan, Deputy Director for Medical Affairs of the same CJSC, during the absence of Ruben Grigoryan, Director of "Yerevan" Medical Center CJSC.

  4. To assign the performance of the duties of the director of "Polyclinic No. 4" CJSC to Nune Davtyan, Deputy Director for Medical Affairs of the same CJSC, during the absence of Armine Zohrabyan, Director of "Polyclinic No. 4" CJSC. 6. To assign the performance of the duties of the director of "Arabkir" Health Center to Naira Babinyan, Deputy Director for Medical Affairs of the same health center, during the absence of Lena Melkonyan, Director of "Arabkir" Health Center. 7. After returning from the business trip, within 3 working days, submit the report on actual expenses and the documents confirming them to the Financial Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
