By this decision, the delegation of Yerevan City Hall, consisting of Gevorg Gharibyan and Karine Muradyan, is seconded to the state of New Jersey, USA, from August 9 to 15, 2026, inclusive. The purpose of the secondment is to participate in the STEAM summer camp program within the framework of the educational program for children in difficult life situations. All expenses will be paid within the framework of the program.

Guided by Article 209 of the Labor Code and based on the letter № N/51486-26 dated 05.08.2026 of Gevorg Gharibyan, acting head of the Department of Children and Social Protection of the Yerevan City Hall staff, and the invitation of Dinesh J. Sharma, director of Steam Works Studio LLC, for the purpose of participating in the STEAM summer camp program within the framework of the educational program for children in difficult life situations:

  1. To send the delegation of Yerevan City Hall to New Jersey, United States of America, from August 9 to 15, 2026, inclusive, with the following composition:
