ON ESTABLISHING THE FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE OF THE PREMISES LOCATED AT NOR NORK, MOLDOVAKAN STREET, BLDG. 29/6, APT. 2/17 AS RESIDENTIAL

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Nora Azaryan to classify the functional purpose of the premises (state registration certificate of rights to immovable property № 11122020-01-0226) located at Nor Nork, Moldovakan street, bldg. 29/6, apt. 2/17, owned by her by right of ownership, as residential.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Article 7 of Appendix 1 to Decision N 88 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of February 2, 2002, and Articles 1 and 5 of Appendix 1 to Decision N 600-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of April 15, 2021, taking into account the conclusion N/36106-26 of 05.06.2026 of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Staff of the Yerevan Municipality:

  1. To establish the functional purpose of the premises owned by Nora Azaryan by right of ownership, located at Nor Nork, Moldovakan street, bldg. 29/6, apt. 2/17, as residential, without architectural and planning assignments and design changes, and to include it in the residential fund as an apartment (provided that it does not contradict the requirements of "RA SN 31-01-2014").

  2. To instruct the head of the Nor Nork administrative district to register the premises mentioned in point 1 of this decision as residential.

  3. To take into account that the change in the functional purpose of the premises established by this decision is subject to state registration in the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  4. The decision enters into force on the day following its receipt.

  5. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  6. To assign the organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision to the heads of the Real Estate Management, Architecture and Urban Development Departments of the Yerevan Municipality Staff and the head of the Nork-Nork administrative district.

  7. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
