ON CONCLUDING AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WITH LUIZA HAMLET SARGSYAN, THE ELECTED DIRECTOR OF THE "YEREVAN BASIC SCHOOL NO. 122 AFTER AL. BLOK" STATE NON-COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION

Guided by Clause 6 of Part 1 of Article 52 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Part 1 of Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On State Non-Commercial Organizations", Clause 39 of the Annex approved by the Decision N 181-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated February 9, 2023, and based on Protocol N 842 dated July 30, 2026, of the meeting of the professional commission for the purpose of holding a competition for the vacant position of director of a state general educational institution operating under the subordination of the Yerevan Municipality:

  1. To appoint Luiza Hamlet Sargsyan to the position of director of the "Yerevan Basic School No. 122 after Al. Blok" state non-commercial organization from August 17, 2026, by concluding an employment contract for a term of 5 years, from August 17, 2026, until August 17, 2031, inclusive, releasing her from the position of acting director of the same organization.
  2. Salary according to the staff list.
