ON CONCLUDING AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH TEHMINE VAHANI ARMENAKYAN, THE ELECTED DIRECTOR OF THE "ARMENAK ARMENAKYAN N.26 BASIC SCHOOL OF YEREVAN" STATE NON-COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION

Guided by Article 52, Part 1, Point 6 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Article 15, Part 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On State Non-Commercial Organizations", Point 39 of the appendix approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia's Decision N 181-N of February 9, 2023, and based on the minutes N 845 of July 30, 2026, of the professional commission meeting for the purpose of holding a competition for the vacant position of director of a state general education institution operating under the subordination of Yerevan City Hall:

  1. To appoint Tehmine Vahani Armenakyan to the position of director of the "Armenak Armenakyan N.26 Basic School of Yerevan" state non-commercial organization from August 17, 2026, by concluding an employment agreement for a period of 5 years, from August 17, 2026, to August 17, 2031, inclusive.
  2. To relieve Zhaneta Muradyan, the deputy director of the "Armenak Armenakyan N.26 Basic School of Yerevan" state non-commercial organization, from performing the temporary duties of the director of the same organization.
  3. Salary according to the staff list.
