ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF PUBLIC CATERING SERVICES
Taking into account the application of Armine Lyova Torosyan, authorized person by Vahagn Robert Abovyan, director of "PRIMFOOD" Limited Liability Company, guided by Article 60, Part 1, Point 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and Decision N 718-N of the Yerevan City Council of February 14, 2023:

To grant "PRIMFOOD" Limited Liability Company permission to organize public catering services in the common use area of 7.1 sq.m. adjacent to building N 1 at A. Griboyedov Street N 5, Yerevan, for the summer season of 2026.

To take note that the local fee set for the permission to organize public catering services for the summer season of 2026 has been paid.

To the Departments of Trade, Services and Advertising and Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan Municipality Staff and the Head of Arabkir Administrative District: to exercise control over the fulfillment of the requirements of Decision N 718-N of the Yerevan City Council of February 14, 2023, "On establishing the procedure, conditions and restrictions for the use of territory for the organization of public catering services during the summer (May 1 to October 31 inclusive) and winter (November 1 to April 30 inclusive) seasons in common use areas adjacent to the given object by persons providing public catering services in the administrative territory of Yerevan community" by "PRIMFOOD" Limited Liability Company in the area mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff. 5. The control over the implementation of this decision shall be carried out by the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Suren Grigoryan. 6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
