ON GRANTING PERMISSION TO ORGANIZE PUBLIC CATERING SERVICE

Taking into account the application of IE "Liana Markosyan Sargsyan", guided by Article 60, Part 1, Point 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and Decision N 718-N of the Yerevan City Council of February 14, 2023:

  1. To grant IE "Liana Markosyan Sargsyan" permission to organize public catering service for the 2026 summer season in the common use area of 11 sq.m. adjacent to Komitas Avenue H.51/5 in Yerevan.

  2. To take note that the local fee established for the permission to organize public catering service for the 2026 summer season has been paid.

  3. To the Departments of Trade, Services and Advertising, Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan Municipality Staff and the Head of Arabkir Administrative District: to exercise control over the fulfillment of the requirements of Decision N 718-N of the Yerevan City Council of February 14, 2023, "On establishing the procedure, conditions and restrictions for the use of territory for organizing public catering service during the summer (from May 1 to October 31 inclusive) and winter (from November 1 to April 30 inclusive) seasons in common use areas adjacent to the given object by persons providing public catering service in the administrative territory of Yerevan community" by IE "Liana Markosyan Sargsyan" in the area mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the Head of the Department of Trade, Services and Advertising of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.

  5. The control over the implementation of this decision shall be exercised by the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Suren Grigoryan. 6. This decision may be appealed through administrative procedure to the Mayor of Yerevan or through judicial procedure to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
