ON GRANTING PERMISSION TO ORGANIZE PUBLIC CATERING SERVICE

Taking into account the application of Individual Entrepreneur "Hrayr Karapetyan Vladimiri", guided by Article 60, Part 1, Point 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and Decision N 718-N of February 14, 2023, of the Yerevan City Council.

  1. To grant Individual Entrepreneur "Hrayr Karapetyan Vladimiri" permission to organize public catering service for the summer season of 2026 in the common use area of 11.9 sq.m. adjacent to building N 8, apt. N 3, M. Saryan Street, Yerevan.

  2. To acknowledge that the local fee established for the permission to organize public catering service for the summer season of 2026 has been paid.

  3. To the Departments of Trade, Services and Advertising, Architecture and Urban Development of the Staff of Yerevan Municipality and the Head of Kentron Administrative District: to exercise control over the fulfillment of the requirements of Decision N 718-N of February 14, 2023, of the Yerevan City Council "On establishing the procedure, conditions and restrictions for the use of territory for organizing public catering service during the summer (May 1 to October 31 inclusive) and winter (November 1 to April 30 inclusive) seasons in the common use areas adjacent to the given object by persons providing public catering service in the administrative territory of Yerevan community" by Individual Entrepreneur "Hrayr Karapetyan Vladimiri" in the area mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the Head of the Department of Trade, Services and Advertising of the Staff of Yerevan Municipality.

  5. The control over the implementation of this decision shall be exercised by the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Suren Grigoryan. 6. This decision may be appealed through administrative procedure to the Mayor of Yerevan or through judicial procedure to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
