Guided by Articles 33 and 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts":
- To set forth the appendix to Decision N 861-A of the Mayor of Yerevan dated February 16, 2026, "On making an amendment to Decision N 861-A of the Mayor of Yerevan dated February 16, 2026" in a new wording, according to the appendix.
- To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the heads of the departments mentioned in the appendix to this decision.
- The control over the implementation of the decision is carried out by the Mayor of Yerevan.
- The effect of this decision extends to relations arising after August 1, 2026.
