ON CHANGING THE FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE OF THE PREMISES LOCATED AT Z. KANAKERTSU STREET, BUILDING NO. 106/1B, APT. NO. 54/3

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Ira Hambardzumyan's authorized representative Petros Mayants, regarding the change of the functional purpose of the premises located at Z. Kanakertsu Street, building No. 106/1b, apt. No. 54/3, owned by Ira Hambardzumyan by right of ownership (certificate of registration of real estate ownership No. 29052025-01-0027).

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Decision No. 204-N of September 10, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, Point 7 of Appendix 1 to Decision No. 88 of February 2, 2002, of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, Points 1 and 5 of Appendix 1 to Decision No. 600-N of 15.04.2021, of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, based on Conclusion N/32690-26 of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan City Hall staff:

  1. To define the functional purpose of the premises belonging to Ira Hambardzumyan, located at Z. Kanakertsu Street, building No. 106/1b, apt. No. 54/3, as residential, without architectural and planning assignments and design changes, and to include it in the residential fund as an apartment (provided that it does not contradict the requirements of "HHSN 31-01-2014").

  2. To instruct the head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district to register the premises mentioned in point 1 of this decision as an apartment and include it in the residential fund.

  3. To take note that the change in the functional purpose of the premises defined by this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the RA Cadastre Committee.

  4. This decision enters into force on the day following its receipt.

  5. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  6. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the heads of the Architecture and Urban Development, Real Estate Management departments of the Yerevan City Hall staff and the head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district.

  7. Control over the implementation of this decision is ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan City Hall staff.
